Description

Common sage is a perennial evergreen shrub that has been naturalized across the world. It has woody stems, blue or purple flowers, and oval, pale green foliage. There are different types of sage, typically used for culinary purposes, medicinal uses, and cultural importance. Other sage plants’ flowers vary in color from red and pink to deep blue, purple, white, and so on.

For Your Pet

Although some rabbits and other small pets may be turned away by the strong fragrance and taste, sage is actually quite good for your rabbit to eat due to its amount of vitamins and minerals.

Warning

Do not overfeed sage to your pet. Sage should never be a replacement for their daily diet of hay.
