Description

Wisteria is a genus of flowering plants and vines in the legume family found in China, Japan, Canada, and Eastern United States. These plants are popular and often found as ornamental plants. Wisterias use their stems to climb up buildings, trees, and other structures by twining the stems around anything they can grab. Wisterias typically have purple flowers that cascade down the plant, flowing in the wind similarly to a willow tree. They also have seed pods.

For Your Pet

All parts of the Wisteria plants are toxic to your small pet, especially the seeds and pods. Chewing the woody vines may also make your pet sick.

Warning

Do not feed your pet any part of the Wisteria plant as it can cause serious illness.
