Wild peas are a climbing vine plant with long pods that contain peas. The flowers on this plant can be in shades of pink, red, and purple.

Although cultivated peas are safe for your pet to eat in moderation an only given as a treat, we suggest you do not give your pet wild peas as it may cause gastrointestinal issues and other health problems if the specific pea plant is not researched properly. Some wild pea plants like sweet peas are toxic and can make your pet seriously ill. Only feed your pet hay and other food products you know will not get them sick.
