Tissue Paper
Description
Tissue paper may refer to any paper material such as toilet paper, Kleenex, and gift packing paper. Most paper materials are safe for your pet; however, watch out for papers that are heavily dyed, have metal inlays, or other synthetic materials in the paper, like glitter. Also, beware of paper
materials that contain too many unnatural chemicals.
For Your Pet
Most types of paper are safe and fun for your small pet to play with and shred. Rabbits should only eat paper as an
occasional treat; however, be careful with tissue paper that is filled with dyes
and synthetic materials.
Warning
While not poisonous, don’t let your small pets eat tissue paper.
